The small print...
We specialise in providing our clients with something different for their special day. We are committed to providing a professional, reliable and friendly service for our customers.
Bookings are confirmed only on receipt of a non-refundable £50 reservation fee, and the full fee is payable at least 30 days prior to the wedding.
In the unlikely event that the chosen car or cars cannot be supplied due to mechanical failure, we will offer you an alternative or a full refund, but you will have no other claim against us.
We operate a strict NO SMOKING policy in our vehicles.
Traffic delays, breakdowns, severe weather etc., are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for these events, we, therefore, reserve the right to cancel the booking for safety reasons.
If the booking is cancelled after the full payment has been made, £100 or 50% (whichever is the greater) of the agreed total cost is payable to Wedcars.
All vehicles are cleaned before they go out, but we cannot accept liability for clothing etc. becoming stained by dirt, oil, grease or exhaust from the vehicle.
We cannot accept liability for loss or damage to any luggage carried.
The driver will use his judgement to drive at a speed appropriate to the prevailing road type and conditions.
Clients will be responsible for any damage to the vehicles if caused by them or their guests.
Clients will be held responsible for the conduct of any passenger in the vehicles at all times.
We reserve the right to terminate the service due to unruly or abusive passengers.
Once you have signed our booking form, you acknowledge that you have read and accept our conditions in full.
And finally, our vehicles are equipped with a large umbrella, we hope you won't need it!
